The trail is 6.5 miles (approx) long and has a round trip of 12 miles. It holds about 500 acres of hardwood, stunning views of pine forest, and a few open field areas. Kids can enjoy with their family – hiking, horseback riding, biking, etc. Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash.

Illinois – Starved Rock State Park

This is one of the most favourite day-trip hiking destinations and is situated about 90 miles southwest of Downtown Chicago. In Illinois, this attractive park is covered with sandstone canyons and eye-catching waterfalls. The trail is 13 miles long and has all the facilities for a hiking activity.
